Working Principle
The crushing method of the excavator crushing bucket is a curved
extrusion type. The hydraulic motor drives the eccentric spindle
through a spline shaft, and the moving jaw moves up and down
through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle
between the top plate and the moving jaw increases, and the wedge
space at the feeding port increases. Large blocks of material move
downward under the action of gravity. When the moving jaw plate
approaches the fixed force plate, the wedge space at the feeding
port decreases, and the material is crushed multiple times, such as
being squeezed, rubbed, and ground; At the same time, when the
moving jaw descends, the angle between the top plate and the moving
jaw decreases. The excavator breaks the bucket, and the moving jaw
plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod
and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from
the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous
rotation of the hydraulic motor, the stone excavator breaks the
bucket, and the moving jaw of the breaking bucket performs periodic
crushing and discharging.
