Equipment Description
The Double Roller Crusher developed by our company is mainly used
in soft rock crushing, such as coal, quartzite, limestone, etc. It
can achieve a high crushing ratio, and the shape of the crushed
material is round and full, with less damage to its own texture
structure, which is very beneficial to the subsequent links of the
material (such as calcination). The Double Roller Crusher has a
strong production capacity, with an hourly output of up to tens of
thousands of tons. We have a dedicated technical research and
development department, and can customize models according to
customer needs.

Crushed Raw Materials
This Double Roller Crusher adopts the method of two roller shafts
rotating in opposite directions at a low speed to generate a strong
force for instantly crushing materials, so that the materials can
achieve better crushing effect under the premise of less damage to
the texture structure. According to this characteristic, when it is
usually necessary to crush stones with lower Mohs hardness, such as
limestone, quartz stone, coal, etc., this equipment is very
popular.
